Outage and Emergency Calls

As of today, the CIP phone system has been programmed so that when a consumer calls into the office and hears the auto attendant message they are prompted to press 9 if they are calling to report an outage or an electrical emergency.  When you press 9 these calls will go directly to our outage call center.  It is no longer necessary to hang up and dial the outage number directly.
